2. What we collect
Only what you give us in the quote form: your name, a phone number or email, and optionally your company name, how many people work there, when you need it, how you would like us to reply, what you need solved and the services you ticked.
If you write or call us directly, we keep what you tell us in that conversation.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address, browser and page requested, to keep the service secure and running.
3. What we use it for
To reply to your request, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, provide the service. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not add it to mailing lists.
4. Who we share it with
Your request reaches our mailbox through Hostinger’s server. We only share data with providers we need to operate (hosting and email) or when the law requires it.
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts; Google receives technical data such as your IP address when it loads. See the Cookie Policy.
5. What is kept on your own device
So you do not lose what you typed, the form keeps a draft in your browser (local storage) and the services you ticked while you browse (session storage). That data does not leave your device until you send the request; the draft is deleted when you send or press "Start over", and the selection is deleted when you close the tab. See the Cookie Policy.
6. How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request, maintain our relationship with you as a client and meet legal or accounting obligations. If we do not end up working together, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@cyberlinkitsolution.com. We reply within a reasonable time and at most within the period set by applicable law.
8. Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to requests is limited to our team. No system is infallible, but we look after your data as we look after our clients’.
9. Children
The site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
