2. Quotes
Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you. The first visit to look at your office is free too. A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us and what we see; it may change if the scope changes.
3. Proposal and agreement
Work starts when both parties accept in writing a proposal stating the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If anything in that proposal contradicts these terms, the proposal prevails.
4. Projects and monthly plan
Projects (for example cabling, cameras, a website or an app) are quoted separately. The monthly support plan has no lock-in: you can cancel with the notice stated in your proposal.
5. Hours and response
We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Dallas time). Requests during office hours are answered the same business day; cases where work has stopped go first.
6. What we need from you
Access to the machines, network and accounts involved; accurate information; and licences for the software you use. We recommend having a copy of your data before any major change; if you do not, we help you make one.
7. Third-party equipment and software
The equipment and software we install carry their manufacturer’s warranty. We are not liable for failures of third-party products or services, though we help you handle the warranty.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all business information we have access to as confidential and use it only to provide the service.
9. Payments
Payments are made according to the proposal and the invoices we send. Late payment may pause the service until the account is up to date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid for the affected service and does not cover indirect damages such as lost profits or loss of data without a backup.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Dallas County, Texas.
